Novelli Augusta - Stock No 2009/504
DescriptionThe Novelli Augusta was manufactured by Visconti to the specifications of the Novelli Pen Shop (Rome) to celebrate its 50th anniversary.  300 of the pens were produced.  This pen is 110/300 and is the first hexagonal pen produced by Visconti.  The pen has been used by an associate of ours for a short time (three months) but otherwise is in superb condition.  Features gold bands milled into the resin and machined to hexagonal shape.  A large pen carrying a Visconti two tone 18 carat gold nib in superb condition.  With original box, papers and CD from Novelli.

DescriptionA very good National Security made circa late 1940s.  National Security was a carbon paper manufacturing company which branched out into pens in the late 1930s.  Traditionally, the pens were made either by Conway Stewart, Burnham and infrequently, Onoto.  Features Warranted 14 carat gold medium nib and "frosted" , plated clip.

 Degussa Fountain Pen - Stock No 2008/334
Description In black celluloid in very good condition with a medium steel Degussa nib. No other markings save for "56 M".  A promotional pen stamped with the brand "Bohler Gold".  Boehler Bros AG once owned Degussa.  The names are no coincidence!  Degussa was famous for its nib making and provided nibs to Mutschler, Faber-Castell, Osmia and Parker.  Believed to have been made in mid 1950s.  Piston system has been cleaned and overhauled.

Description Two black Croxleys by Dickinson.  Both pens are in very good condition.  One features a Warranted 14ct gold medium and the other the original Dickinson nib.  Circa 1950.  One features the ornately egraved initials  "FMT".  Very slight brassing to both levers - barely noticeable.

'No Name' - Stock No 2008/258
Description An interesting, bandless resin pen with no markings at all.  Button filler.  Blue and (dark) gold resin. Mild brassing to clip.  Fitted with Warranted fine steel nib.  This pen shows little signs of use and otherwise is perfect.  Filling system restored.  Writes very well.  Impossible to date but manufacturing techniques suggest mid 1950s to 1960.

Rexel Pen - Stock No 2005/026
Description Rexell Monogram hard rubber pen.  This lever filler was manufactured in about 1920 for the (then) Rexell chain of stationers.  Whilst the pen is unused old stock, the pen has been fitted with a new Sheaffer 14k medium nib.  It originally sold for $4.50 US.  Otherwise, the pen is unrestored and features the original price label.

Barnes Fountain Pen - Stock No 2007/195
Description Made by T.W. Barnes & Co of Brighton, England.  Probably circa1950. In green marbled resin featuring with black and red veins.  Nickel plating to clip and two tone plating to cap band.  Clip plating in fair to good condition. Carries a medium 14 ct gold Warranted nib.  Writes well.  Its only fault is the clip plating.

Description This pen is in mint condition, has never seen ink, and is virtually unmarked.  In marble brown.  Made approximately 1950, this casein example is one of the last models made by Burnham.  Unmarked 14ct gold Burnham medium nib.

Description Dark brown chased vulcanite made approx 1937 to 1939.  Made by Conway Stewart for Esterbrook. Fitted with an Esterbrook 14 carat gold LH oblique medium nib.  Clip ring is cracked but fully functional.
